At DPF Emissions, we are committed to providing professional diesel vehicle services including DPF cleaning, carbon cleaning, diagnostics, oil servicing, and vehicle maintenance. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking our services.

Deposits & Bookings

A deposit may be required to secure your booking appointment. Deposits are used to reserve technician availability, travel arrangements, and allocated service time.

• Deposits are refundable only if cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the booking appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
• Failure to attend the appointment or provide access to the vehicle at the agreed time may also result in loss of deposit.

Completed Services

Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances for labour, diagnostics, DPF cleaning, carbon cleaning, oil servicing, or other completed vehicle services.

By proceeding with the service, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Vehicle faults may require additional repairs outside the scope of the booked service.
• Diagnostic results and advisories provided after inspection are recommendations based on the vehicle condition at the time of service.
• DPF systems, sensors, turbochargers, EGR systems, injectors, and other engine components may have existing faults contributing to vehicle issues.
• Failure to repair advised faults may result in warning lights or symptoms returning after the service.

Service Limitations

Our services are intended to improve vehicle performance and address the booked issue where possible. However, we cannot guarantee permanent fault removal if unrelated or underlying mechanical or electrical issues exist within the vehicle.

Diagnostic & Advisory Responsibility

Any advisories or recommended repairs identified during diagnostics or servicing should be investigated and repaired promptly. We are not responsible for recurring issues caused by unaddressed faults outside the completed service.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed labour or servicing work
• Diagnostic time and fault-finding
• DPF cleaning or regeneration services already carried out
• Carbon cleaning services already completed
• Customer refusal to carry out recommended repairs
• Incorrect customer-supplied vehicle information
• Delays caused by third-party parts suppliers or garages
